Summary of Responsibilities

  • Compile project workplan, budget and implementation information
  • Ensure project operational compliance and quality delivery
  • Coordinate project events, procurement and logistics
  • Maintain partner contacts and feedback mechanisms
  • Produce visibility information and adapt messages to context
  • Track implementation, risks, expenditures and donor reporting

Role Requirements

  • Secondary education or bachelor degree in business or public administration or related field
  • At least six years administrative or project experience with secondary education, or three years with bachelor degree
  • At least six years institutional and development-results communications experience with secondary education, or three years with bachelor degree
  • French fluency and a national language
  • Togolese nationality
