Summary of Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of extra-budgetary projects across thematic components
  • Guide and supervise programme personnel and unit operations
  • Coordinate with OSCE departments, institutions and Ukrainian authorities
  • Advise on policy, operations, projects and strategic planning
  • Develop projects, budgets and fundraising plans
  • Oversee donor reporting and brief participating-State embassies

Role Requirements

  • First-level degree in management, public administration or relevant field
  • At least nine years managerial experience, or seven years with relevant second-level degree, in complex security environments or post-conflict/developing settings
  • Project management experience
  • Professional English fluency
  • Valid driving licence
