Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of extra-budgetary projects across thematic components
- Guide and supervise programme personnel and unit operations
- Coordinate with OSCE departments, institutions and Ukrainian authorities
- Advise on policy, operations, projects and strategic planning
- Develop projects, budgets and fundraising plans
- Oversee donor reporting and brief participating-State embassies
Role Requirements
- First-level degree in management, public administration or relevant field
- At least nine years managerial experience, or seven years with relevant second-level degree, in complex security environments or post-conflict/developing settings
- Project management experience
- Professional English fluency
- Valid driving licence
