Chargé de Partenariats & Mobilisation de Ressources

Develops and strengthens WFP partnerships and resource mobilisation in Benin by analysing information, engaging donors and government counterparts, and communicating programme impact. The role manages partnership intelligence, proposals, reports and strategic agreements to diversify support for WFP's country programme and advance Zero Hunger objectives.

• Implement the partnership work plan to identify, develop and strengthen partnerships
• Manage partnership profiling and outreach to optimise resources and support
• Use programme and contextual analysis to expand existing support and identify new partners
• Prepare partner briefings and raise strategic issues for senior management
• Use Salesforce, WINGS and WFPGo to support WFP positioning with governments and institutions
• Develop partnership strategies, action plans, proposals and partner reports
• Inform prospective donors about programme strategy, relevance and impact
• Support strategic agreements, joint strategies and memoranda of understanding

• Background in Political Science, International Development, International Cooperation, Economics, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in resource mobilisation, partnership coordination and communication
• Experience supporting projects and operational activities that maintain and develop donor and host-government partnerships
• Fluency in French

• Knowledge of the United Nations system and UN Country Teams
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
