Partnerships Officer

The officer develops partnerships and resource-mobilisation opportunities, prepares evidence-based proposals and briefs, supports strategic agreements and donor visibility, and helps position WFP with governments, civil society and other partners.

• Implement partnership workplans and develop a portfolio of public, private and multilateral partners
• Research partner priorities and use evidence to identify resource-mobilisation opportunities
• Prepare strategic briefs, proposals, reports, agreements and memoranda of understanding
• Coordinate inputs and operational updates for donor engagement and partner visibility
• Support joint events, advocacy and policy engagement with governments and intergovernmental organisations
• Develop communication content that supports fundraising and WFP positioning

• Advanced university degree in political science, international development, economics, international relations, law, marketing, communications or a relevant field, or a first degree with additional relevant experience
• At least 1 year of relevant professional experience in partnership roles
• Fluency in English
• Fluency in the duty station language, Spanish
