Partnerships and Reporting Associate

The Partnerships and Reporting Associate supports WFP Tanzania with donor reporting and resource mobilization. The role consolidates programme data, develops dashboards and corporate reports, prepares briefs and proposals, maps funding opportunities and supports engagement with public, private and multilateral partners.

Department: Partnerships, Communication and Advocacy

• Draft monthly, quarterly, annual, donor and corporate reports
• Coordinate inputs and quality assurance for the Annual Country Report
• Consolidate programme data and maintain reporting tools and dashboards
• Prepare briefs, talking points, presentations and speeches
• Map partners and track funding opportunities and pipelines
• Support proposals, donor visibility and partner meetings

• Advanced degree in political science, international development, development economics, international relations, law, marketing, communications, information management or a related field, or first degree with additional relevant experience or training
• At least three years of relevant experience in partnerships, programme policy, reporting or information management
• Experience supporting multi-stakeholder partnerships, data analysis and external communications
• Fluency in English at Level C
