Job Description
Provides operational, knowledge-management and reporting support to WFP Honduras’s Partnerships and Reports Unit. The post maintains institutional repositories and reporting matrices, consolidates donor and country-office products, manages administrative and financial processes, and helps teams preserve reliable information, monitor deadlines and produce coherent evidence for partnerships, learning and programme decision-making.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Maintain the country office’s institutional knowledge repository and document-governance standards
- Coordinate collection and validation of information with responsible units
- Maintain the reporting matrix, donor deadlines, templates and requirements
- Prepare and consolidate donor reports, annual reports, country briefs and situation reports
- Process routine administrative and financial support activities
- Manage records and databases and ensure colleagues can access reliable information
- Analyse operational data and support improvements to processes and procedures
- Guide less experienced colleagues on support activities
Role Requirements
- Completion of secondary education
- At least 5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in the relevant operational area
- Spanish at C level and English at B level
Desired Criteria
- Post-secondary or university certificate in international relations, political science, development studies, communications, administration or a related field
