Job Description
Supports AMEXCID-PNUD international mobility and talent-management activities in Mexico. The post assists recruitment and competency-based selection for scholarship holders and project experts, follows academic exchange calls and provides tailored support to Mexican and international fellows. It also helps deliver induction workshops on human development, teamwork and soft skills.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, profile assessment and technical selection of scholarship candidates and cooperation-project experts
- Track calls for scholarships and academic exchanges
- Provide tailored support and follow-up to international fellows in Mexico and Mexican fellows abroad
- Prepare and deliver induction workshops for new staff and fellows
- Facilitate sessions on human development, teamwork and soft skills
Role Requirements
- High school certificate
- Four years of experience in human resources or exchange programmes with high school education, or one year with completed Bachelor's studies
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience selecting candidates through competency-based assessment and structured interviews
- Experience designing and delivering workshops or group information sessions
- Mexican citizenship in full exercise of rights, or migration status permitting the work
Desired Criteria
- Knowledge of visa procedures, international insurance and academic-cooperation regulations
- Experience managing call-for-applications processes
- Experience advising on human development, teamwork or soft skills
