Assistant Manager, Audit Operations

Supports the IATA Operational Safety Audit programme by coordinating audit delivery, reviewing corrective-action evidence and maintaining accurate audit records. The role monitors audit timelines, quality-checks reports and assists operational follow-up, helping the team deliver a consistent end-to-end audit process that supports aviation safety and compliance.

• Monitor timelines and deadlines for assigned audits
• Pre-screen corrective-action evidence for audit closure
• Review and populate audit software with evidence
• Perform quality checks on IOSA audit reports
• Support audit logistics

• University degree in a relevant field
• At least two years of airline-operations experience including safety, auditing, quality control, assurance or compliance
• Excellent English writing skills
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office
