Resource Mobilization and Business Development Consultant

Supports UN Women Philippines to mobilise financing and partnerships for women’s economic empowerment, food security and climate resilience. The home-based consultant develops investor materials, conducts due diligence, strengthens fundraising pipelines, supports hub launch activities and coordinates stakeholder engagement.

• Secure stakeholder support for women’s economic empowerment initiatives
• Develop pitch decks and investor presentations
• Guide partner due diligence and readiness processes
• Coordinate outreach and financing-investment pipelines
• Support fundraising and resource-mobilisation activities
• Support launch of the financing hub and facility

• Master’s degree in economics, business management, social sciences, public administration, international relations, communications, women’s studies or a related field
• At least two years of progressively responsible experience in business, marketing, communication and private-sector engagement
• Experience in gender equality and development financing in the Philippines
• Experience in private-sector engagement and fundraising strategies
• Fluency in English and Filipino

• Experience with the UN system, international frameworks, standards or agendas on gender equality and the Sustainable Development Goals
