Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop English learning programmes, profiles, guides and manuals
- Prepare inclusive lesson plans and training venues for school and work-based learning
- Facilitate classroom, laboratory, workshop and workplace learning
- Design formative and summative English assessments and skills tests
- Use labour-market information and employer surveys to identify training needs
- Apply UNRWA TVET quality-assurance tools across the course cycle
- Integrate digital and green skills into English learning activities
- Coordinate with instructors on safety measures and co-curricular activities
Role Requirements
- Four-year university degree with major specialization in English Literature
- No experience is required
- English is required
- Residence in Syria within commuting distance of the duty station and authorization to work
Desired Criteria
- Arabic is desirable
- Registered Palestine refugees and candidates of the underrepresented gender receive preference
