Quality Assurance for Course Modules in English, French, Spanish, and Arabic

Provides online quality screening and technical testing for IOM Staff Development and Learning course modules before they are published in the learning management system. The volunteer checks functionality, navigation, media, accessibility elements and progress tracking, applies the SDL quality checklist, delivers detailed findings, and coordinates resolution with the SDL focal point.

• Conduct quality screening and technical testing for online course modules
• Test volume, hyperlinks, buttons, course progress and table-of-contents functions
• Check activities, animations, videos, voice-over, subtitles and transcripts before publication
• Apply SDL technical guidelines and the quality assurance checklist
• Deliver a detailed report after each screening round
• Coordinate testing results and issues with the SDL focal point

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information management systems or a related field
• At least one year of professional experience
• English, Arabic, French and Spanish

• Experience administering learning management systems or learning-integrated solutions and technologies
