• Support economic research and policy analysis for sustainable agrifood systems
• Apply quantitative methods and models to sustainable agrifood systems or food insecurity
• Analyse, validate and visualize agrifood-system data
• Prepare papers or reports for publication
• Compile and analyse agrifood-system data sources

• Advanced university degree in economics, mathematics, physics, computer sciences or statistics at master’s level or above
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in quantitative analysis using mathematical or computer science methods
• Working knowledge level C of English
• Experience in mathematical methods in manifold learning or machine learning
• Proficiency using R, Python or similar software
