Job Description
Rousto Charity seeks three online volunteers to develop a multilingual WordPress website supporting rural healthcare, education and community outreach in Tajikistan. Volunteers will build around ten pages, integrate donation functionality, apply technical specifications, work with project and communications colleagues, and train staff to maintain a secure, responsive digital platform.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Develop a new WordPress website covering organizational information, projects, contacts, news, governance, reports, legal documents and donation pages
- Collaborate with the project and communications team to translate operational objectives into a responsive digital interface
- Create a robust, secure and user-friendly platform that improves stakeholder engagement and resource dissemination
- Integrate acquiring codes to receive donations directly through the website
- Negotiate the final page count and structure with the organization
- Train staff on future website maintenance and technical specifications
Role Requirements
- Proven experience in website creation
- Excellent knowledge of English, Russian and Tajik
- Knowledge of website technical specifications and ability to train staff on future maintenance
- Skills embedding acquiring codes to enable website donations
