Overview
Builds and supports FMIS application modules, services and integrations across organisational, premises, project, dashboard, reporting and GIS functions, working with business and technical stakeholders through testing, deployment and production stabilisation.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain FMIS modules with ASP.NET, .NET Core and related Microsoft technologies
- Develop organisational hierarchy, premises, project, dashboard, reporting and GIS modules
- Create backend services, APIs and integrations with internal and external systems
- Analyse business and system requirements and provide daily technical support
- Troubleshoot defects, optimise performance and perform quality assurance
- Review code for security, performance and compliance with UNRWA standards
- Support deployment, user acceptance testing, releases and post-launch stabilisation
- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, user manuals and progress reports
Requirements
- University degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering or a related discipline
- At least four years of web application development experience using ASP.NET, .NET Core and MS SQL Server
- Experience developing enterprise applications, APIs and systems integrations
- Experience with relational databases, troubleshooting, debugging and performance optimisation
- Fluency in English and Arabic

- Monthly remuneration is JOD 996.42 or the USD equivalent for each completed month
- Consultancy duration is seven months with possible extension subject to funds, need and performance
