Consultant(e) national(e) – Développement de bases de données

Develops the Unified Social Registry database and improves the Rapid Response Mechanism platform for UNICEF in Niger, strengthening data collection, storage, analysis and dissemination so humanitarian and social-protection teams can plan, monitor and deliver interventions effectively.

Department: Field Office of Emergency

• Develop and implement the Unified Social Registry database
• Update and improve the Rapid Response Mechanism platform
• Strengthen systems for collecting, processing, analysing and disseminating programme data
• Design data storage, visualisation and interactive information products for humanitarian planning
• Assess information-technology projects and implement platform enhancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related technical discipline
• At least two years of relevant experience in data and information management and analysis systems
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript and Django
• Fluency in French and good knowledge of English

• Office-based national consultancy for 12 months
