Summary of Responsibilities
- Evaluate the pilot desk’s procurement, planning, logistics and advisory performance
- Assess effects on domestic resource mobilisation, partner engagement and programme delivery
- Review governance, reporting lines, administrative arrangements and ICT integration
- Compare the pilot structure with supply-chain support models in other regions
- Interview headquarters, regional, country-office and supplier stakeholders online
- Identify successes, bottlenecks, risks and lessons from the pilot
- Prepare a lessons-learned report with evidence-based recommendations
- Draft a global service-desk blueprint if the evidence supports expansion
Role Requirements
- Advanced university degree in supply chain management, business administration, international relations or a related field
- At least seven years of international supply-chain management experience
- Track record evaluating decentralised operational models and organisational design
- Deep understanding of procurement, logistics and last-mile assurance in fragile and humanitarian contexts
- Ability to synthesise complex digital-platform data into strategic recommendations
- Fluency in English

- Previous experience in the United Nations system or international non-governmental organisations
