Provide intensive technical support to UNFPA Djibouti and national partners on sexual and reproductive health and rights, integrating maternal health, family planning and gender-based violence services while strengthening supplies, monitoring and transition planning.

• Review sexual and reproductive health interventions and identify service bottlenecks
• Integrate reproductive-health priorities into national planning and monitoring mechanisms
• Define an integrated minimum service package covering reproductive health, violence and FGM
• Operationalise referral and survivor-care procedures and provider training
• Strengthen maternal-death surveillance, midwifery and corrective-action follow-up
• Improve family-planning quality, continuity and informed choice
• Monitor reproductive-health commodities, forecasts, stocks and UNFPA Supplies commitments
• Prepare 2027 transition, co-financing and knowledge-transfer priorities

• At least six years of experience in sexual and reproductive health programmes
• Experience in maternal health, family planning, maternal-death surveillance, midwifery, gender-based violence or female genital mutilation
• Experience strengthening health systems and integrating services
• Experience in reproductive-health commodity security, needs planning or stock monitoring
• Experience collaborating with ministries, health facilities, civil society and UN partners
• Strong experience with UNFPA, including at least three years directly with UNFPA or implementing UNFPA-supported programmes
• French and English

• Knowledge of national financing, co-financing and transition mechanisms
• Knowledge of UNFPA Supplies and its programming and monitoring mechanisms
