Responsibilities
- Run quotation, tender and proposal processes and evaluate supplier offers
- Prepare procurement reports and contract-review submissions
- Conduct market research and advise requestors on specifications and sourcing
- Create and manage purchase orders in the enterprise resource-planning system
- Track reproductive-health commodity stocks, procurement plans and distribution
- Coordinate customs clearance and transport to target districts
- Train partners on logistics information systems and inventory controls
- Maintain transaction records, project files, meeting documentation and asset updates
Requirements
- Completed secondary education
- At least six years of progressively responsible experience in procurement, logistics or supply-chain management
- Experience supporting purchase requests, vendor coordination, delivery tracking and procurement documentation
- Working knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, warehousing and distribution
- Familiarity with procurement and logistics enterprise systems
- Proficiency in standard office software
- Fluency in oral and written English
