Supports procurement and end-to-end supply visibility for the DRC census and humanitarian portfolios. The consultancy translates workplans into sourcing actions, monitors commodities and vendors, coordinates quality assurance and logistics partners, and maintains risk and performance dashboards.

Responsibilities
- Research markets for census software, biometric devices and solar equipment
- Support technical bid evaluations and maintain long-term agreements for DRC operations
- Translate census workplans into technically sound procurement plans
- Track orders, receipts and inspections and implement Last Mile Assurance remediation
- Administer third-party logistics and monitoring contracts for final distribution points
- Coordinate product quality assurance against storage, distribution and national standards
- Maintain spend, lead-time, vendor-performance and Control Tower dashboards
- Coordinate DRC, regional and headquarters teams to resolve logistics bottlenecks and deliver supplies
Requirements
- At least six years of relevant procurement, logistics or supply-chain operations experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain diversified partnerships
- Experience using an enterprise resource planning system
- Fluent English and high working knowledge of French
- Ability and willingness to travel to the DRC at short notice
