Job Description
Supports IOM’s supply-chain delivery in Gaziantep by managing procurement processes, supplier engagement and records from requisition to payment. The role prepares tenders and bid analyses, monitors deliveries and contracts, manages assets and warehousing tasks, coordinates fleet operations, provides procurement guidance, and develops supply-chain staff to maintain compliant operational services.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Verify procurement requisitions and obtain required information
- Prepare tender documents, solicit bids and support evaluations
- Monitor requisitions and coordinate receipt of delivered goods and services
- Review vendor invoices and coordinate supplier payments
- Maintain procurement records and analyse information for periodic reports
- Coordinate property, warehousing, transport and fleet operations
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field with three years of relevant professional experience, or a High School diploma with five years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in one of IOM’s official languages: English, French or Spanish
Desired Criteria
- Certification in Procurement, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- Experience with IOM or UN Procurement and Logistics Rules and Procedures
- Experience working in an international organisation
