Stagiaire ICT

Supports UNDP Cameroon and partner UN entities with installation, administration and maintenance of ICT infrastructure, user helpdesk services, information security, equipment inventory and meeting technology, while building practical professional experience under ICT team supervision.

• Install, configure and administer ICT infrastructure in line with established standards
• Maintain, troubleshoot and repair ICT equipment
• Implement antivirus and other infrastructure security controls
• Manage the inventory of ICT equipment
• Administer and update assigned software
• Train and assist personnel using office, cloud-storage and collaboration tools
• Provide technical support for meetings, teleconferences and videoconferences

• Current enrolment in a bachelor’s or master’s programme in information technology, or graduation from such a programme within the previous year
• Good knowledge of technical support for users
• Fluency in French with working knowledge of English, or fluency in English with working knowledge of French

• Internship supporting UNDP Cameroon, UN projects, the UN Clinic, UNDSS and the Resident Coordinator Office
