ICT Specialist

Design and operationalise an ICT centre for Tanzania's peacekeeping training institution, deploying secure networks and early-warning platforms, creating procedures and maintenance plans, training staff, integrating data sources and building Power BI dashboards and Power Apps workflows.

Department: Human Security Programme

• Assess ICT infrastructure and capacity gaps
• Design and commission networks and data platforms
• Develop operating procedures and maintenance plans
• Deliver training of trainers and user guidance
• Integrate early-warning and reporting systems
• Build dashboards, applications and automated workflows

• At least three years of ICT systems development and deployment experience
• Experience setting up and managing ICT infrastructure
• Experience delivering technical training
• English proficiency

• On-site assignment with possible travel within Tanzania
