Job Description
Develops a practical fundraising plan and framework for Palestine’s social protection sector, helping the Ministry of Social Development align priorities, funding needs and investment packages with donor opportunities. The consultant maps financing, designs resource-mobilization systems, leads consultations and events, and prepares fund-ready proposals for sustainable, predictable financing.

Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in economics, public policy, international development, social policy or related field
- At least 10 years in donor coordination, fundraising or development finance
- Fluent Arabic and English
