Job Description
Coordinate case-management delivery for IOM Costa Rica’s migrant integration programme, overseeing field implementation, budgets, reporting, stakeholder liaison, capacity building and supervision of project associates working across communities in the Greater Metropolitan Area.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate implementation of case-management activities
- Monitor field delivery and recommend adjustments to implementation plans
- Research and analyse developments affecting migrant integration
- Monitor case-management budget expenditure and approved revisions
- Coordinate administrative and technical delivery under IOM and donor requirements
- Plan and deliver capacity-building workshops for case managers and partners
- Prepare correspondence, briefings and narrative and financial reports
- Supervise project associates and provide guidance and training
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, health or social sciences, human rights, law or a related field with five years of relevant experience, or high-school diploma with seven years
- Experience liaising with governmental authorities, international institutions, UN agencies and non-governmental organisations
- Experience working with migrants, refugees, internally displaced persons, trafficking survivors or other vulnerable groups
- Fluency in English and Spanish

- Experience with humanitarian, non-governmental or government organisations in a multicultural setting
