Responsibilities
- Advise authorities on financial stability and macroprudential policy
- Develop systemic-risk indicators and identify data gaps
- Design stress tests, scenarios and analytical tools
- Strengthen macroprudential governance and decision frameworks
- Manage technical missions, workshops, experts and peer learning
- Review mission documents and deliver approved outputs
- Lead annual programme planning, budgeting and results reporting
Requirements
- Graduate degree in economics, finance or a related field
- At least ten years of central-bank experience implementing macroprudential policy and systemic-risk analysis
- Strong spoken and written English
- Strong drafting and reporting skills
- Capacity for extensive regional travel
- Proficiency in modern computer systems and applications
