Responsibilities

  • Advise authorities on financial stability and macroprudential policy
  • Develop systemic-risk indicators and identify data gaps
  • Design stress tests, scenarios and analytical tools
  • Strengthen macroprudential governance and decision frameworks
  • Manage technical missions, workshops, experts and peer learning
  • Review mission documents and deliver approved outputs
  • Lead annual programme planning, budgeting and results reporting

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in economics, finance or a related field
  • At least ten years of central-bank experience implementing macroprudential policy and systemic-risk analysis
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Strong drafting and reporting skills
  • Capacity for extensive regional travel
  • Proficiency in modern computer systems and applications
