Responsibilities
- Deliver technical assistance on central-bank operations and governance
- Assess monetary frameworks and market operations
- Recommend legislative, regulatory and operational reforms
- Coordinate technical missions, workshops and peer learning
- Review mission documents and ensure timely outputs to authorities
- Lead annual work planning and budgeting for the regional programme
- Coordinate experts, headquarters backstoppers and other providers
Requirements
- Graduate degree in economics, finance, accounting or a related field
- At least five years of experience working in a central bank
- Deep understanding of international standards for monetary and foreign-exchange operations
- Strong spoken and written English
- Strong drafting and reporting skills
- Capacity for extensive regional travel
