Responsibilities
- Finalize the Programme Budget Review package, workforce design and recruitment plan
- Direct the master relocation, premises handover and decommissioning workplan
- Coordinate facilities, logistics, risk controls and business-continuity arrangements
- Lead change-management planning, staff engagement and support interventions
- Operate the staff inquiry system and oversee timely responses
- Align senior leadership, United Nations agencies and government counterparts around transition decisions
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in project management, business or public administration, operations management, change management or a related field
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in project management, large-scale change, facilities relocation or complex operational transformation
- Proven management of multi-stakeholder projects, workforce transitions or United Nations common-premises initiatives
- Fluency in English and French
