Project Manager

Leads organizational readiness for the UNICEF Senegal office relocation to Diamniadio, integrating workforce implementation, facilities handover, logistics, business continuity and staff support while coordinating leadership, UN agencies and government counterparts through a complex transition.

• Finalize the Programme Budget Review package, workforce design and recruitment plan
• Direct the master relocation, premises handover and decommissioning workplan
• Coordinate facilities, logistics, risk controls and business-continuity arrangements
• Lead change-management planning, staff engagement and support interventions
• Operate the staff inquiry system and oversee timely responses
• Align senior leadership, United Nations agencies and government counterparts around transition decisions

• Advanced university degree in project management, business or public administration, operations management, change management or a related field
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in project management, large-scale change, facilities relocation or complex operational transformation
• Proven management of multi-stakeholder projects, workforce transitions or United Nations common-premises initiatives
• Fluency in English and French

• Temporary appointment for six months
• Appointment is subject to medical clearance and host-country visa requirements
