Summary of Responsibilities
- Administer project logistics, travel, procurement, financial and asset-management tasks
- Support work plans, procurement plans and project activity monitoring
- Maintain financial controls, records and budget execution
- Prepare payment requests, reports and supporting documentation
- Coordinate procurement processes, vendors, travel and project events
- Maintain project files and provide administrative support to project teams
Role Requirements
- Secondary education
- At least 7 years of relevant experience with secondary education or 4 years with a bachelor's degree
- Experience with office software, spreadsheets, databases, procurement systems and web-based management systems
- Experience in procurement processes and multicultural work environments
- Fluency in English and Romanian
Desired Criteria
- UNDP or international-organization project experience
- Budget planning and quality-assurance experience
- ERP system knowledge
- Project and contract administration experience
- Monitoring and evaluation system implementation experience
