Summary of Responsibilities
- Manage project budgets, data and financial support activities
- Create projects, requisitions and budget revisions in Quantum
- Monitor receivables, contributions and partner financial reports
- Prepare donor financial reports and support audit follow-up
Role Requirements
- Secondary education with accounting or finance certification
- 7 years with secondary education or 4 years with bachelor degree
- Experience in financial, administrative, procurement or asset management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Desired Criteria
- Experience coordinating with government counterparts
- Experience with UNDP, UN agencies or donor organisations
