Summary of Responsibilities
- Set up projects and annual workplans in Quantum and maintain pipeline records
- Track allocations, budget revisions, commitments and authorized expenditure
- Process payment requests, partner advances, receipts and contract payments
- Prepare accounting records, expenditure reports and project budget reports
- Support procurement, contracting, asset submissions and project closure procedures
- Coordinate project meetings, travel, logistics, minutes and follow-up
- Maintain project files, communications, reporting updates and event calendars
Role Requirements
- Secondary education, or bachelor’s degree in business administration, financial management, public administration, communication, economics, political science, social sciences or a related field
- At least seven years of relevant administrative, management, project-administration or coordination experience with secondary education, or four years with a bachelor’s degree
- Experience using computers, office software, database packages and web-based management systems
- Experience organizing exchange workshops or training activities
- Fluency in English and Turkish
- Citizenship or residency in Türkiye
Desired Criteria
- Experience preparing technical and financial reports and managing international-project accounts
- UNDP, United Nations or project-oversight experience
- Experience with donor-funded projects
- CIPS certification
