Supports OHCHR programme development, implementation and evaluation through project monitoring, research, policy analysis, budgeting and data visualisation, helping programme teams resolve delivery issues, coordinate stakeholders and produce evidence for decisions and reporting.

Summary of Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and evaluate assigned programmes and projects
  • Monitor programme delivery and recommend corrective actions
  • Research and analyse policy, programme and operational issues
  • Design surveys and interpret data for planning and decision-making
  • Prepare briefing notes, reports, studies and presentation materials
  • Support meetings, conferences, workshops and outreach activities
  • Coordinate programme budgets, funding submissions and financial reporting
  • Guide field missions and coordinate consultants, officials and partners

Role Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in business administration, management, economics or a related field, or a bachelor’s degree with two additional years of qualifying experience
  • Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in project or programme management, administration or a related area
  • Fluency in English

Desired Criteria

  • Ability to produce high-quality presentations and briefing materials
  • Experience using artificial intelligence tools for research, data analysis and information synthesis
