Responsibilities
- Research and analyze business and human-rights developments
- Integrate human rights and gender into policy and programmes
- Plan work and represent OHCHR in working-level forums
- Coordinate business and human-rights capacity building
- Draft reports, statements, speeches and executive briefings
- Respond to technical enquiries through the helpdesk
- Organize meetings, seminars and public-information activities
- Engage stakeholders and guide junior colleagues
Requirements
- Relevant advanced university degree, or first degree with two additional years of experience
- At least five years of progressively responsible relevant experience
- Business and human-rights experience
- Research and analytical-advisory experience in business and human rights
- Project-management and staff-leadership experience
- English at UN Level II
