Responsibilities

  • Support internal and external communications and advocacy
  • Develop social media content, campaign materials and communication tools
  • Coordinate One UN communications among Pacific country teams
  • Research human-rights issues relevant to the Pacific
  • Prepare reports, briefings, country profiles and information updates
  • Record meeting minutes and represent the office at selected events
  • Organise conferences, workshops, consultations and office activities

Requirements

  • Current master’s study, current final year of a bachelor’s degree, or recent completion of a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication platforms
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
