Job Description

Provides administrative, operational and procedural support to UNICEF's programme work in Maracaibo during the earthquake response. The role helps the field office implement, monitor and deliver programme results through timely task execution, financial and travel support, logistics and event coordination, knowledge management and flexible emergency assistance across programme areas.

Summary of Responsibilities

Role Requirements

  • Completion of secondary education
  • At least five years of relevant administrative, programme-support or clerical experience
  • Fluency in Spanish

  • Experience working in international organisations
  • Experience coordinating duty travel
  • Experience in development, fragile or humanitarian settings
  • Practical use of AI tools in administrative or operational processes
