Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate programme and project planning and preparation work
- Review project documents and budget plans for completeness and compliance
- Follow administrative actions including recruitment, travel, payments and procurement
- Compile project-delivery data and draft status reports
- Draft budget correspondence, reports and statistical summaries
- Maintain records and support data presentations and visualisations
Role Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least five years of programme or project administration, technical cooperation or related experience
- Open to Kenyan nationals only
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience within the UN common system
- Experience using an ERP system, particularly UMOJA
