Job Description
Supports UNICEF Solomon Islands with results-based planning, monitoring and reporting across programme sectors. The volunteer strengthens workplans, data systems, field monitoring and HACT assurance, while consolidating evidence for management, UN-system and donor reporting and helping programme teams use planning and monitoring platforms effectively.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Consolidate and quality-assure annual workplans against results frameworks
- Support use of RAM 3.0 and digital workplanning modules
- Track programme indicators and analyse cross-sector data for management decisions
- Maintain data systems and SharePoint repositories for current programme information
- Coordinate field monitoring and follow-up actions under HACT assurance processes
- Prepare donor, mid-year and annual reports and support programme reviews
- Support evaluation planning, recommendation tracking and capacity building on monitoring tools
Role Requirements
- UNICEF national staff appointment with at least one year of fixed-term service
- At least seven years of progressively responsible experience in planning, monitoring, evaluation, data management or related development programmes
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Experience with UNICEF or UN results-based management platforms
- Experience supporting HACT processes, partner assurance, evaluation or knowledge management
- Experience in small-island or developing-country contexts
