Job Description
Coordinates UNICEF programme delivery in the Marshall Islands across education, child protection, health, nutrition and WASH. The volunteer connects government and partner stakeholders, tracks implementation and bottlenecks, and strengthens planning, reporting and operational follow-through for timely results for children.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-sector UNICEF programme activities in the Marshall Islands
- Facilitate collaboration with government counterparts and partners
- Track implementation progress and identify bottlenecks and solutions
- Support work planning, monitoring and donor reporting
- Organize coordination meetings, missions and field visits
- Consolidate data and document lessons learned and good practices
Role Requirements
- Experience in programme coordination or development projects
- Experience working with government counterparts and development partners
- Ability to work independently in a remote and challenging duty station
- English language capability
Desired Criteria
- Familiarity with Pacific island contexts
- Understanding of UNICEF programme areas
