Supports UNICEF nutrition programming in Kano by integrating high-impact prevention and treatment interventions, food-system action and behaviour-change activities. The officer manages resources and grants, monitors results and partnerships, and helps strengthen nutrition services, dietary diversity and care practices across national and sub-national levels.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Support delivery of high-impact nutrition prevention and treatment interventions
- Implement nutrition behaviour-change and food-system activities
- Manage programme resources, grants and results monitoring
Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in food science, nutrition, public health, health sciences or related field
- Two years of relevant professional experience in health and nutrition programmes
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Advanced university degree in a relevant field
- Another official UN language or a local language
- Experience in agri-food, livestock, UN or international development work
