Job Description
Support Uganda’s Technology Needs Assessment through data collection, stakeholder consultations and analytical inputs focused on agriculture. The national consultant will facilitate participatory assessment processes, synthesise qualitative and quantitative evidence, support planning and reporting, and provide local context to inform the agriculture component of the TNA report.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Facilitate stakeholder engagements and workshops
- Collect qualitative and quantitative assessment data
- Organise and synthesize evidence into analytical inputs
- Support agriculture-focused TNA planning and reporting
- Conduct research for the TNA report
Role Requirements
- Advanced degree in economics, business administration, international development and trade, science technology and innovation policy or a related area
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English
Desired Criteria
- Fluency in Swahili
- Knowledge of Uganda agriculture and agribusiness
- United Nations experience
