Local Consultant, Serbian Language Teacher in Presevo Municipality Area (Roster)

The OSCE Mission to Serbia seeks a local consultant to prepare, teach and evaluate a Serbian-language course for prospective police trainees from the Albanian minority in Presevo, refine the curriculum, mentor learners and report on progress and recommendations.

Department: Mission to Serbia - Comprehensive Security Unit

• Assess participants' Serbian-language proficiency at entry and completion
• Adapt the curriculum, materials and glossary to identified needs
• Prepare and deliver learner-centred Serbian classes in Presevo
• Provide individual mentoring and monitor participant progress
• Coordinate with instructors and submit a final implementation report

• Serbian citizenship or permanent residence
• Relevant Serbian-language university degree
• Experience teaching Serbian as a non-mother tongue
