Job Description
The consultant designs and facilitates a collaborative learning journey for young peace and disarmament leaders and creates the Peace and Disarmament Festival's cultural framework. The assignment supports participant mentoring, co-creation and storytelling, curates youth initiatives into a coherent public experience, and records lessons and recommendations for future programme editions.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Design and facilitate collaborative learning sessions
- Develop session methodologies and supporting materials
- Mentor participants as they refine peace and disarmament initiatives
- Create the Peace Festival's conceptual and curatorial framework
- Design participant and audience engagement mechanisms
- Support curation of participant-generated content
- Coordinate with UNLIREC and programme partners
- Document learning outcomes and recommend improvements
