Responsibilities

  • Assess supply-chain training and qualification pathways across participating EECA countries
  • Consult ministries, UN offices, professional bodies and health supply-chain practitioners
  • Benchmark global and regional supply-chain curricula and credential standards
  • Design competency domains and proficiency levels for entry and advanced roles
  • Define qualification standards, learning outcomes and measurable assessment criteria
  • Produce a policy brief and final competency framework to support national adoption

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in supply chain management, logistics, public health, pharmacy, education or a related field
  • Seven to ten years of relevant health supply-chain and workforce-development experience
  • Experience developing competency frameworks, curricula or qualification standards
  • Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health commodity management
  • Ability to engage ministries, academia and professional bodies
  • Fluency in English
