Responsibilities
- Assess supply-chain training and qualification pathways across participating EECA countries
- Consult ministries, UN offices, professional bodies and health supply-chain practitioners
- Benchmark global and regional supply-chain curricula and credential standards
- Design competency domains and proficiency levels for entry and advanced roles
- Define qualification standards, learning outcomes and measurable assessment criteria
- Produce a policy brief and final competency framework to support national adoption
Requirements
- Advanced degree in supply chain management, logistics, public health, pharmacy, education or a related field
- Seven to ten years of relevant health supply-chain and workforce-development experience
- Experience developing competency frameworks, curricula or qualification standards
- Knowledge of sexual and reproductive health commodity management
- Ability to engage ministries, academia and professional bodies
- Fluency in English
