Responsibilities

  • Advise exercise planners on adversary sustainment capabilities and effects
  • Integrate sustainment concepts into operational-level scenarios and wargames
  • Develop realistic opposing-force setting and scenario products
  • Support the Chief OPFOR during collective training events
  • Lead specialist contributions during JWC-directed exercises
  • Deliver internal training to the OPFOR Branch and wider centre
  • Maintain current subject knowledge through workshops and training
  • Build liaison networks with experts across the NATO Command Structure

Requirements

  • Higher secondary education with vocational training in logistics planning, economics or acquisition and three years of related experience, or secondary education with advanced vocational qualification and five years
  • At least three years of sustainment-planning experience in a joint environment
  • Knowledge of adversary, particularly Russian, sustainment capabilities
  • Upper-intermediate English
  • Eligibility for NATO security clearance
