Responsibilities

  • Oversee vendor and service-provider contracts against specifications, timelines and deliverables
  • Guide vendors on content, methodology and production standards
  • Review educational and cultural deliverables and provide structured feedback
  • Monitor vendor performance and validate outputs for payment processing
  • Prepare project reports, briefing notes, presentations, RFPs and terms of reference
  • Support Culture Sector capacity-building sessions, events and technical reporting

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in social sciences, development studies, project or programme management, or another related field
  • Minimum two years of relevant professional work experience
  • Technical experience in contract management, including technical specifications, deliverable review and M&E tools
  • Experience applying results-based management methodologies and gender mainstreaming in development initiatives
  • Experience drafting technical documents such as terms of reference, requests for proposals or analytical reports
  • Excellent written and spoken English and good Urdu
