Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the workplan for the Chile Crece: TP agenda and lead the technical secretariat of the advisory council
  • Coordinate priority initiatives including Atlas TP and Radar
  • Provide technical and methodological support for Atlas TP implementation
  • Advise the Subsecretariat of Higher Education on education-to-work linkages
  • Build alliances with public, private, education and civil-society stakeholders
  • Coordinate directly with UNICEF Generation Unlimited on youth participation and methodology
  • Prepare reports, minutes, presentations and learning products for the advisory council
  • Supervise specialists or advisers as needed for the project

Requirements

  • Advanced university degree in social sciences, economics, public policy or a related field, or a bachelor's degree with two additional years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 7 years with a master's degree, or 9 years with a bachelor's degree, of relevant professional experience
  • Specific experience designing, managing or evaluating public policies in technical-professional education, training and labour-market ecosystems
  • Leadership experience in the national or regional public sector in education, training or employment institutions
  • Experience in projects linking the state, productive sector and education institutions
  • Advanced experience with remote-work platforms, cloud storage and collaborative tools
  • Advanced Microsoft Office and Outlook skills
  • Fluency in Spanish
