Responsibilities
- Design, negotiate and monitor international cooperation projects aligned with governance best practices
- Conduct foresight diagnostics and political, social and security risk analyses for project implementation
- Propose community peace mechanisms through sport or culture in recipient countries
- Supervise financial viability, budget control and accountability for cooperation funds and projects
- Participate in international negotiations for new cooperation projects, memoranda and agreements
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in international relations, economics, international law or related areas
- Seven years of experience in public administration focused on foreign policy with bachelors degree, or five years with masters degree or higher
- Experience in middle or senior management positions in Mexican public administration
- Knowledge of public policies
- High-level institutional communication and representation
- Mexican citizenship in full exercise of rights or foreign status permitting the function
- Advanced English
