Responsibilities

  • Design, negotiate and monitor international cooperation projects aligned with governance best practices
  • Conduct foresight diagnostics and political, social and security risk analyses for project implementation
  • Propose community peace mechanisms through sport or culture in recipient countries
  • Supervise financial viability, budget control and accountability for cooperation funds and projects
  • Participate in international negotiations for new cooperation projects, memoranda and agreements

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in international relations, economics, international law or related areas
  • Seven years of experience in public administration focused on foreign policy with bachelors degree, or five years with masters degree or higher
  • Experience in middle or senior management positions in Mexican public administration
  • Knowledge of public policies
  • High-level institutional communication and representation
  • Mexican citizenship in full exercise of rights or foreign status permitting the function
  • Advanced English
