ICT Associate

Coordinates IT support for IOM's Istanbul office and field locations. The ICT Associate resolves end-user issues, administers networks and devices, maintains systems and backups, and supports information-security controls. The role manages inventory, telecommunication and access-control equipment, delivers user training, and troubleshoots mission-critical applications to keep operations secur

• Provide onsite end-user support and resolve user problems through email, phone and in-person assistance
• Install and administer network components including routers, firewalls, access points and switches
• Monitor LAN and WAN systems and perform essential maintenance
• Configure desktops, laptops, servers and productivity software
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation and network diagrams
• Install and troubleshoot CCTV and card-reader access-control systems

• Bachelor's diploma in computer science with at least three years of relevant experience, or high-school diploma with at least five years
• At least one year of networking experience in LAN/WAN environments
• Experience with Windows Server, TCP/IP, Microsoft Office, antivirus and backup-server software
• BSAFE and Information Security Awareness foundational training
• Fluency in English and Turkish
