Job Description
Supports the Talent Acquisition Unit at the United Nations Office at Nairobi through recruitment documentation, data analysis and records-management work. The internship helps maintain accurate personnel files, prepare visualisations and reports, and review retention decisions. It also improves archival workflows and record-keeping practices for staff and non-staff recruitment processes.

Summary of Responsibilities
- Generate, digitise and maintain recruitment documentation for staff and non-staff processes
- Collect data from databases and spreadsheets and verify its accuracy
- Clean and transform raw data and create charts and graphs for analysis
- Support memos, contract follow-up and official-document preparation
- Review non-staff files against retention policies and legal compliance requirements
- Prepare reports and recommendations on records-review findings
- Document workflows and propose improvements to records-management processes
- Organise, index, store, retain and dispose of records in line with established procedures
Role Requirements
- Be enrolled in a graduate programme, in the final year of a first university degree, or have completed a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD programme
- Study Computer Sciences, Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Be computer literate in standard software applications including Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in oral and written English
