Summary of Responsibilities
- Monitor programme implementation, results, budgets and timelines
- Coordinate reviews, monitoring visits, donor consultations and follow-up actions
- Support health workforce, referral-system, facility-strengthening and community-engagement activities
- Prepare programme reports, donor updates, briefing materials and knowledge products
- Strengthen coordination with government, partners and KOICA
Role Requirements
- Medical degree or bachelor degree in Public Health, Hospital Management, Epidemiology, Health Policy, Health Administration, International Development, Health Economics or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of progressively responsible experience in programme management, health systems strengthening, maternal and newborn health or international development
- Experience managing large-scale multi-year, multi-stakeholder development programmes
- Experience in donor-funded planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, reporting and risk management
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Desired Criteria
- Country-level experience in development, fragile or humanitarian contexts
- Experience with UN agencies, international development organisations, bilateral donors or government institutions
- Experience in eastern Indonesia or decentralised contexts
