Summary of Responsibilities

  • Advise clients and teams on maternal and newborn health approaches
  • Translate technical evidence into investment cases and programmes
  • Develop metrics and evaluation approaches for health performance
  • Coordinate GFF partnerships and stakeholder collaboration
  • Produce health knowledge products and analytical tools
  • Support country investment-case delivery and health financing

Role Requirements

  • Doctorate in medicine, public health or related field, or demonstrable equivalent expertise
  • At least 10 years of maternal, newborn and child health experience
  • Primary health-care and health-financing expertise
  • Excellent written and oral English

Desired Criteria

  • World Bank operations experience
  • French language ability
